Guest’s Background:Prof. Karl Okamoto is Professor of Law, Thomas R. Kline, Drexel University, and Director of the Business and Entrepreneurship Law Program. He is an expert in corporate, venture capital, private equity and securities law and corporate finance. He created special "moot court"for students interested in a transactional practice. He has won the funds from National Science Foundation,United States, for several times. Moreover, he was once the partner of two international law firms and now he serves for many companies’ board. With his rich experience in law and special teaching, in 2010, he founded Apprenet, a start-up that incorporates in-person and online simulations that allow law students and early-career practitioners to hone their transactional lawyering skills. Now 120 American students from top law schools participate in the pre-final.
