2. Introduction
Professor Fu Shicheng, born in July 1962. He is the Doctor of Law, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor and Dean of Nankai University Law School. Since 1985, he has served as Lecturer, Vice Professor and Professor in Nankai University Law School. He has also served the role of Vice Director, Director and Deputy Dean of the Law Department, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Law School. Professor Fu has made academic visits or participated in academic conferences in Japan, Korea, USA, UK, Ireland, Macau and Taiwan.
From 1981 to 1985, Professor Fu studied in the Law Department of Nankai University and received his LL.B. From 2002 to 2007, he studied in the Zhou Enlai School of Government and Administration of Nankai University and received his J.D. degree in Political Science Theory.
Professor Fu is the member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Law of the Ministry of Education (2018--2022), the member of the Discipline Review Group of the Fifth Tianjin Municipal People's Government Degree Committee, the council member of the Chinese Law Society, executive Director of the Administrative Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, Director of the Research Society of Legal Education of the Chinese Law Society, vice President of Tianjin Law Society, legal advisor of Tianjin Municipal People's Government, legislative advisory expert of the Standing Committee of Tianjin Municipal People's Congress, member of Tianjin Judicial Appraisal Committee. expert advisory member of Tianjin High People's Court, expert advisory member of Tianjin People's Procuratorate, and the representative of the 16th National People's Congress of Nankai District, Tianjin.
In 1996, Professor Fu won the First Prize of Tianjin Municipal Research Achievement (Cooperative Achievement). In 1998, he won the First Prize of Nankai University Outstanding Young Teacher. In 2001, he won the title of Tianjin Outstanding Teacher. In 2002, he won the First Prize of Tianjin Eighth Outstanding Achievement in Social Science. In 2003, he won the title of Tianjin Advanced Individual of Tenth Five-Year Achievement. In 2004, he was awarded the Third Prize of Tianjin Municipal Research Achievement. In 2009, he was awarded the First Prize of Tianjin Excellent Teaching Achievement (Third Finisher). In 2010 and 1998, he was awarded the title of Excellent Communist Party Member of Nankai University. In 2011, he was awarded the title of Excellent Communist Party Member of Tianjin Education System. In 2011, he was awarded the title of Famous Teaching Teacher of Nankai University. In 2013, he won the First Prize of Teaching Achievement of Nankai University (the first finisher). In 2015, he won the First Prize of Excellent Achievement (Book Category) of the 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Administrative Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society.
