2.Introduction
Shi Xueying, born in April, 17, 1963, is the Vice-president, the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nankai University Law School, Director of Environment Law Teaching and Researching Section, Nankai University, Deputy Director of WTO Research Center at Nankai University, and Director of Environmental and Judicial Research Center, Nankai University.
Professor Shi won the title of “Tianjin Outstanding Young Jurist” in 2011. His main social-part-time jobs are Standing Director of China Society of Environmental and Resource Protection Law Research, expert of legislative consultation of the Standing Committee of Tianjin Municipal People's Congress, Standing Director of Tianjin Law Society and member of the Academic Committee of Tianjin Law Society and Vice President of Environmental Resources Law Research Society of Tianjin Law Society.
Professor Shi has published 16 monographs, 25 journal papers, and presided over nine scientific research projects including nation-level projects, provincial and ministerial level projects and crossing research projects.
