Introduction
Jia Jinghua is the associate professor of Nankai University Law School and a visiting scholar of Chuo University. He has published dozens of papers in CSSCI journals including Legal Forum, Global Law Review and The Rule of Law and Social Development. He is an independent author of the Transformation of the Law of Certainty Into the Law of Objectivity, Economic Analysis of Incomplete Contracts and WTO Knowledge Interpretation and Response Measures - Banking Sector. He is the co-author of Towards A Nation of Democracy and the Rule of Law, Judicial Guarantees of Human Rights in China and Basics of banking law.
