The National Office of Philosophy and Social Science announced the list of the annual projects and youth projects of the National Social Science Foundation in 2021. Professor Shi Wei's The New Round of International Dispute Settlement Mechanism of Intellectual Property Rights and China's Response and Associate Professor Wang Bin's The Research on Artificial Intelligence Modeling of Legal Argumentation were approved as general projects.
Meanwhile, Associate Professor Wang Rui Xue's The Research on the Positioning of Reputation Sanctions in Administrative Law and the Improvement of the Rule of Law and Dr. Cheng Qian’s The Research on the Principles of Digital Tax Legislation in the New Development Pattern were approved as youth projects.
The National Social Science Foundation projects are recognized by the academic community as the highest level and most authoritative research projects in the field of philosophy and social sciences in China, and the approval of these projects is an important reflection of the research ability of the applicants.
