OnOct. 26th 2022 , the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement between Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Commission and Nankai University was held at Nankai University Law School.
Xu Jingjun, Executive Vice President of Nankai University, and Zhao Jinheng, Deputy Director of Tianjin Municipal Commission of Market Supervision and Administration, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties and jointly inaugurated the Tianjin Municipal Commission of Market Supervision and Administration - Nankai University “Science and Technology Innovation Laboratory of Competition Governance Technology” and the “Talent Training Base” of Tianjin Municipal Commission of Market Supervision and Administration.
According to the agreement, the two parties will give full play to the academic resources of Nankai University and the practical advantages of Tianjin Municipal Commission of Market Supervision and Administration, and cooperate in various aspects such as establishing a training base for talents, setting up a scientific and technological innovation laboratory for competition governance technology, conducting scientific research and practical exchanges, legal consultation, etc. The cooperation will promote the integration and development of government, industry, academia and research in multiple fields and achieve resource sharing.
It is reported that Nankai University and the Tianjin Municipal Commission of Market Supervision and Administration have long maintained close cooperation. This cooperation is an exploration to promote universities and government departments to work together to serve the high-quality development of market supervision in Tianjin. It will provide intellectual support for the scientific decision-making of competition governance and the improvement of regulatory capacity in Tianjin. The operation will also open up channels for Nankai University’s law discipline to carry out scientific research and talent training.
