Recently, the Office of the Leading Group of Tianjin Municipal Philosophy and Social Science Planning has announced the list of projects for the annual Tianjin Municipal Philosophy and Social Science Planning in 2021. Nankai University School of Law has been awarded four projects.
The “Research on the Theoretical Construction and Institutional Improvement of the Original Attribution of Intellectual Property Rights” hosted by Associate Professor Xiang Bo and “Research on Promoting the Healthy Development of the Rule of Law of the Integrated Service Platform of Sharing Economy in Tianjin” hosted by Assistant Researcher Zhao Qing were approved as general projects. “A Comparative Study on GMO Safety Law between China and The European Union Based on Precedents” by Liu Ancui and “Research on The International Investment Rules System of State-owned Enterprises And the Construction of Chinese solutions” by Wang Shaotang were approved as youth projects.
