Recently, through the procedures of teacher application, preliminary communication evaluation, conference review, online publicity, etc., the Research Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of Nankai University officially announced the list of scientific research projects funded by the Liberal Arts Development Fund of Nankai University in 2022. Three teachers of the School of Law, Professor Bai Jiayu, Professor Chen Bing, and Associate Professor Hu Jianguo, won the approval of the application projects, with a total funding of 350, 000 yuan.

It is reported that the "Nankai University Liberal Arts Development Fund" project, based on the construction of new liberal arts, raises 10 million yuan annually, which is mainly used to fund the basic, forward-looking, cutting-edge, original basic theoretical research in the field of humanities and social sciences of the university, as well as the research on application countermeasures closely related to the national major economic and social development strategic needs.
