On Mar. 30th, 2022, the Planning and Management Office of the National Publishing Foundation issued the announcement on the review results of the projects funded by the National Publishing Foundation in 2022. After being reported to the National Publishing Foundation Management Committee for approval, it decided to grant the publicized projects with the National Publishing Foundation.Professor Song Hualin was successfully included in the list based on the "Drug Regulation and Rule of Law Series" project declared by Yilin Publishing House.
The legislation, implementation, judicature, popularization and compliance of drug regulation are of great practical significance, because they are related to public health, people's well-being and industrial development. The "Drug Regulation and Rule of Law Series" is a collection of achievements of Professor Song Hualin's research on drug regulation for more than ten years, including the publication of "Legal Reform of Drug Regulation System", "Comparative Study on Drug Administration Legislation", and "Comparative Study on Drug Innovation Legislation".The publication of this series of books is expected to help to promote the research of drug regulatory laws and policies, as well as the development of administrative law theory.
The National Publishing Foundation, established in 2007, is the third special fund established in the name of the nation after the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Social Science Fund.It focuses on supporting projects that are original, ideological and academic and have important social, cultural, scientific and publishing values. This year, more than one hundred academic experts, publishing experts and financial experts reviewed more than 1500 projects declared by more than 500 publishing houses nationwide, and they finally selected 498 projects for funding.
