Recently, Nankai University Law School received the notification from Tianjin Municipal CPC Committee's Office of Legal Governance and Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Justice on the "Ten Key Topics" in 2022. In the notification, Professor Song Hualin of Nankai University Law School and Tianjin High People's Court declared "Research on Enhancing the Credibility of Administrative Enforcement ", Professor Yan Erbao declared "Research on the Role of Administrative Reconsideration as the Main Channel to Resolve Administrative Disputes", Professor Wang Bin declared "Research on the Innovation and Development of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law Leading the Practice of Comprehensive Legal Governance in the New Era" , were approved for the project.
In order to study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, and concentrate on building a pioneer area of the Rule of Law, Tianjin Municipal CPC Committee's Office of Legal Governance and Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Justice would carry out research on the "ten key topics" of Law-Based Governance in 2022.
Nankai University Law School has taken the initiative to actively serve the construction of a pioneer city of Rule of Law, continue to deepen institutional supply and services to capitalize on the decision-making capacity. And the Law School uses a series of important achievements and research topics demonstrate the ability of practical response.
